In-LINE BOILER WATER ANALYSIS PACKAGE
-For improved gathering of boiler water data MWT deliver a package which includes:
-Sampling unit
-Transmitter (Termo Scientific) 3 channel
-PH probe - O2 probe - µs probe
-probe housings and cables
-MWT sampling unit with sockets for three probes (pH, O2, µs) and a manual tap for analysis of data like phosphate and chorides.
MWT also deliver kits for chlorides and phosphates testing.
MWT sampling unit is made from 316 stainless steel and holds approx 6 litres of water for analysis.
A plate heat exchanger reduce boiler water temparature to 30-40 C prior to enterering analysis chamber.

The analysis chamber accomodates the probes and will always be filled with water.
A solenoid will shut water supply from boiler, if temperature in cooler exceeds 50C.
-The signal from transmitter is a standard 4-22 mA signal which may be used to store data in ships main system/datalogging. AquaPro provides simple interface to PLC, SCADA and other PC-based control systems and compatibility with all current industry data communication protocols — MODBUS RTU over RS485 or RS232, DeviceNet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, and CANopen.
